Summary: Isidore replaced an end-of-life Microsoft Access, Excel and Outlook process with a low-risk custom web database.

Existing Process

Existing Process

The Ministry of Finance prepared parliamentary budgets with Microsoft Excel and Access across 29 ministries. The process had grown difficult to manage and was nearing end of life.

Isidore configured its government budgeting software, migrated organisation structures and prior/current budget data, installed the system on government servers, integrated with Microsoft AX and trained users across ministries.
