Caveats and exclusions

• The estimate is not a fixed-price quote, proposal, contract or commitment to deliver for the displayed amount.
• Final pricing may change after discovery, detailed scope, security review, hosting requirements, data migration, integration details and support expectations are confirmed.
• Third-party software, licences, hosting, cloud costs, SMS/email provider costs, payment fees and external vendor charges are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.
• Complex integrations, identity management, government security requirements, legacy data quality issues and urgent delivery timelines can materially affect cost.
• GST, travel, onsite work, training, ongoing support and maintenance may be additional depending on the agreed engagement.
